He is survived by: his wife Rita Eichner Wirtz; his stepson Marc Wirtz (Rebecca); his children, Michael Sparks of Boiling Springs, David Sparks of Little River and Barbara Teague of Spartanburg; and his brothers, Lloyd Sparks of Fairborn and Roger Sparks of Morehead, Kentucky..
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home Chapel (1502 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73507).
