She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucien Lindsey, Sr. and Dolores Shaner Lindsey; and her brothers, Lucien Lindsey, Jr., David Lindsey and Barrett Lindsey.

She is survived by: her husband John Kinslow; her children, Andrew Kinslow, Matthew Kinslow, Rebecca Kinslow and Philip Kinslow; her grandsons, Ethan Kinslow and Dail Kinslow; her siblings, Marilyn Ulmer (Philip), Allen Lindsey (Laurie) and Roger Lindsey; her sisters-in-law, Jeanne Lindsey and Barbara Lindsey; and also, Kim Hicks and Mason Aikens.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Carolyn Kinslow Memorial Fund, Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition, 1720 N. Shartel Ave. Suite B, Oklahoma City, OK 73103, (405) 879-2400.
