She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Meredith and Raymond E. Meredith; her husband Richard Hazelbaker; and her son Thomas Berry (late Mary). She is survived by: her children, Terry Bright, Rick Sims Hazelbaker, Rita Templin (Bob), Sherry Bona Stepp, Robert Anthony Bona and John Bona (Dawn). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
