She is survived by: her spouse Ronnie Hartline; her children, Laurie Applekamp (Jeff) of Oklahoma City and Pat Hartline (Susan) of Hilliard, Ohio; her sister Joan Boyles (Scott) of Duncan; her grandchildren, Tyler J. Ott (Ashley) of Milton, Massachusetts, Tommy J. Hartline and Scott Hartline of Hilliard; and also Carol. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
