He was predeceased by: his father David Trevino Salazar; and his brothers, David, Junior and Johnny Ray Salazar. He is survived by: his close friend Jackie Lee; his stepchildren, Kyle, Sarah Morales of OKC, Nikki, Jordan Hawkins of Pocasset OK and Rhonda Morales of OKC; and his siblings, Christine, Kenneth DeYoung of Ypsilanti, MI, Annie Wampler (Lawton), Mary Salazar, Frank Salazar, Peggy Hendrik, Reba Elgersma (Lawton), Susie, Danny Hughes (Lawton), Glenda Smith (Jones), Joyce and Patrick Webb (Jones). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
