She was predeceased by: her parents, Street S. Harrell and Thelma A. Risinger of Indiahoma, OK.; and her sister Nadine Noble. She is survived by: her husband John Dewayne Atchley of Lawton, OK; her mother-in-law Flora Atchley of Lawton; her brothers-in-law, Robert Atchley (Donna) of Ector and David Atchley (Samantha) of Lawton, OK; her stepdaughter Melynda Alverez of Oklahoma City, OK; and her siblings, JoAnn Larkin of Charleston, AR and John Harrell (Judy) of Rush Springs, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
