She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonia Galera and Fernando Galera (Antonia Galera); and her siblings, Alex Galera, Judy Galera, Lucrecia Molina and Evelyn Angeles.
She is survived by: her husband Vic (Vic); her sister Patricia Galera of Philippines; her children, Dr. Jayson Cortez (Lisa) of Norman, Shalla Cortez-Orndorff (Tommy) of Lawton, Dr. Jayne Cortez-Nguyen (Thomas) of Orange County, Shirley Cortez-Allauigan (AJ) of Lawton and Dr. Jayrone Cortez (Lorren) of Lawton; her grandchildren, Victoria Orndorff, Jashua Orndorff, Jayden Cortez, Isabella Cortez, Masen Cortez, Emersen Cortez, Tyger Nguyen, Baylon Allauigan, Jayde Nguyen and Landon Cortez; and her sisters-in-law, Amelita Cagatao and Aurora Sy of California. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and various friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Becker-Rabon Funeral Home (1502 NW Fort Sill Blvd, Lawton, OK 73507).
