He is survived by: his mother Beulah Mae Swain (McAlister) of Temple; his children, Kelli of Lawton, Shawn Swain of Lawton and Brandon Swain of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Melody, Violet, Archer and Forest; and his brother Rick Swain of Lawton.
