He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Upshaw and Gigi Upshaw; his brother Jared Upshaw; his grandfather Richard H. Nelson; his aunts and uncles, Vaughn Nelson (René), Keith Upshaw (DeeBee), Sherry Stevens (Darrell) and Debbie Nelson; his nieces and nephews, Jaiyden, Anastasia, Elora and Elliana; and his close friends, Chasity, Michael, Rusty and Matt.
