He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Edwin "Skipper" and Peggy Louise Sparks (Davis); his wife Sue Sparks; and his siblings, Curtis Sparks and Gayle Ann Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Sparks (Smith); his son Bobby Leon Sparks (Brandy); his stepdaughters, Tammy Collins of Walters, Annette Hargrove of Walters, Robin Studer of Wichita Falls, TX and Shawn Studer of Wichita Falls, TX; his siblings, Ocie Sparks of Rush Springs, Judy Lowrie of Portland, OR and Barbara Johnson (Clayton); his brother-in-law Willie Smith of Medicine Park; his grandchildren, Matthew Collins of Wichita Falls, Bethany Sparks (Edgar Stevenson) and Baylor Sparks (Lizzie Coleman); and his great grandchildren, Andy Oxford Reed, Parker Stevenson and Harper Stevenson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home - Walters (202 E Colorado Ave, Walters, OK 73572).
