He was predeceased by: his mother Vikki Poolaw Upton; his grandparents, Donald, Thelma Poolaw, Bill and Mary Melton; and his uncle Billy Melton.
He is survived by: his father Billy Poolaw (Sherri); his sisters, Brandi Poolaw and Crystal Veal; his aunts and uncles, Donna (Cliff Walters), April (Donnie Bain), Tim (Royalin Melton), Angela Melton, Gleason Poolaw and Mike (Mary Poolaw); and his cousin Jennifer Walters. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society.
