She was predeceased by: her parents, Virdie Jane McAlister and James McAlister; her children, Valerie Swain, Robert and Bradley Swain; her siblings, Anthony James McAlister and Colita Jane Chance; and her granddaughter Amanda Swain.
She is survived by: her son Richard "Rick" Swain of Lawton; her siblings, Richard McCalister (Gwen), Betty Knutson of Chickasha and Edith Benson (Edward); her grandchildren, Jonathan Swain of Lawton, Keith Swain of Lawton, Kelli Birmingham of Lawton, Shawn Swain of Lawton and Brandon Swain of Oklahoma City; and her great grandchildren, Melody, Violet, Atcher and Forest. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel (202 E Colorado Ave, Walters, OK 73572).
