She is survived by: her husband Ellsworth Lewis; her children, Thomas Lewis, Cheryl Smith (Don), Vincent Lewis and Dustin Lewis; her grandchildren, David, Jason, Karina and Jennifer; and her siblings, Thomas, Richard and Elise. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
