He was predeceased by: his father Jerry David Teitelbaum. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Patricia Teitelbaum (McCandless); his wife Barbara Teitelbaum; his children, Jeremy Teitelbaum, Joshua Teitelbaum, Justin Teitelbaum, Shaun Petty, Ricky Petty (Kari) and Terri Brannam (Christopher Shelton); and his siblings, Richard Teitelbaum and Patricia Lunt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
