She was predeceased by: her husband Rufus James; and her parents, Shafter Cartwright and Vera Cartwright. She is survived by: her daughter Sue; her son-in-law Butch Hooper; her son Van; her daughter-in-law Connie James; and her siblings, Florene Heimer, Laverne Aumann, Emma Herbert, Brenda Moody and Keith Cartwright. She is also survived by three granddaughters, three grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
