She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge Jesse Douglas Cofield (JD) and May Belle Cofield (Rew); her husband John; and her siblings, Jean Tryon, Betty Nemecek and Douglas Cofield.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Stout (Bruce) and Greg Carr (Ann); her grandchildren, Kara Chitty (Brian), Maleah Albright (Jeff), Matthew Carr and Natalie Carr; her sister Pat Corey; her niece Vickie Barney; and her nephew Duff Weddle.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church with the funeral home in accepting the contributions.
