He is survived by: his fiancé Cecily Smith; his daughters, Eralise Janette Smith, Josie Gale Franco and Piper Leanne Franco; his parents, Jaime and Caroline; his siblings, Sandra, Curtis and Alexander; and his grandmother Marianne. He is also survived by many Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
Donations made in lieu of flowers will be used to honor Andrew by establishing a 529 plan for his daughters.
