He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Pate and Rosa Pate (Cross); his wife Marie Pate; and his brother Jesse Pate Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Liese Lambert (Darrel) of Elgin; his grandchildren, Jessica McClung (Dusty) of Fletcher and Jacob Lambert (Jordan) of Sterling; his great grandchild Nolan McClung of Fletcher; and his sister-in-law Donna Lynn Hoover of Paris. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.
