With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amber Stephens of Lawton, Oklahoma, born in Stockton, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 44. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Stephens; her children, Kaitlyn, Jacob, Isaac and Matthew; her mother Carol Kelley (Quarles) of Tijeras; and her siblings, Allison Cost (Jovis DePognon) of New York City, Crystal Merkel (Chris) of Tuscon, Arizona, Isabella Kelley of Albuquerque, NM and Joshua Kelley of Albuquerque.
