He is survived by: his mother Wynell McKenzie (Ketchum); his sons, Shang and Chris; his friends, Kevin Worchester and Billy Godfrey; his wife Teresa; his daughter-in-law Denise; his grandchildren, Jakob, Casen, Abbie and Kersten; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Pam McKenzie; his sister Juana (Dennis Small); and his friend Randy Britton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
