It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marjorie Henderson of Laverne, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Jonas Bowers and Iva Bowers (Nichols); her husband Jesse Henderson; her siblings, Charles, Jack Bowers, Merle Wolf (Pud), Anna Belle Cartmill (John) and Ruby Newby (Edgar); her sister-in-law Suzette Roesch; and her son-in-law Darrel Girk.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Davis (Wanda) and Terena Girk of Protection, KS. She is also survived by 4 grandkids, 9 great grandkids, and 5 great-great grandkids, including several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Buffalo First United Methodist Church, PO Box 488, Buffalo OK 73834.
