She was predeceased by: her husband Allen Welch; and her parents, Roy Minor and Bertie Minor. She is survived by: her daughters, Alana Laverne (John Talbot), Cynthia Yvonne Short (Welch) and Cindy (Tom Short); and her grandchildren, Donna Cottrell, Daniel (Angela Bright), T. J. (April Short), Tamitha (Larry McDaniel) and Tim (Jamie Short). She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
