He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda and Dean; his siblings, Larry, Gina and Cindy; his nephew Hayden; and his grandsons, Conner and Case.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Witchey; his brothers, Kelly, Ryan and Tommy; his niece Tori (O'rion); his stepchildren, Brandon, Daren and Mandi; his grandchildren, Caden, Baily, Ella and Rhett; and his great-niece Ellie.
The Family has requested No Flowers, but would like all memorials to be donated to the Laverne Fire Department, or the Laverne EMS, and to the Laverne Police Department.
