She is survived by: her children, Steve (Mary Gates), Dale (Juanita Gates), Diane (Fred Fernandez) and Joy (Larry Jeffers); and her grandchildren, Darreld, Danial, Aryan, Brenden, Katy, Clint, Vernon, Kristine, Sarah, Rachel and David. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
