He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Waldo; his sons, Timothy James, Rodney Allen, Gary Pat, Curtis Ray and Tim; his daughter-in-law Lisa of Laverne; his siblings, Betty Breon of Laverne and Troy O'Hair of Edmond; his grandchildren, Sonny, Matt, Robby, Marci and Melani; and his great grandchildren, Brendon, Kenneth and Rhylie.
