He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Tenakhongva; his siblings, Jerry, Sam, Ted and Rebecca; his granddaughter Jesse Rae; and also, Ruger and Remington.
He is survived by: his children, Eliza of Langley, LaVera June of Tulsa, Miltona of Langley, Denise of Okmulgee and Milton Jr; and his siblings, Leora Kayquaptewa of Hotevilla, Cheryl Tenakhongva of Hotevilla, Daryl Tenakhongva of Tuba City and Clark Tenakhongva of Polacca. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
