She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Ruggles and Rosa May Ruggles; and her niece Tonnya Jones. She is survived by: her siblings, Sue Hyams (Larry) of Langley, Dennis Ruggles (Sharon) of Langley, Stacy Ruggles (Beth) and Tracy Ruggles (Julia). She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, and multiple great nieces and nephews.
