He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Ray Tonihka, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Leslie Tonihka (Bigfeather); his wife Cindy; his daughters, Amber LeAnn Carroll (Tonihka) and Christian Nicole Miller (Tonihka); his brother Robert Shawn Tonihka of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Summer Hayes, Blaik Michael Hayes, Raidyn Lee Davis and Rhett Jaxson Miller.
