He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hoffman and Gertrude Hobling; his sisters, Glen Hoffman (Pat) of Holland, Ohio and Pat; and his daughter Debbie Veach (Bruse) of Sapulpa, OK.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hoffman; his children, Robin Hamilton (Sonny) of Newberry, MI, Rose Marie Starback (Brian), Shelly Reese (Ed) of Sacmon, Idaho, John Shulty (Terry) of Stantony, Idaho, Donna Ogdeon (Ted) of Sapulpa, OK, JD Hoffman, Denny Doud, Doug Hoffman of Sapulpa, OK, Ralinda Hudson (Kyle), Laura Howell, Lonnie Howell, Ronnie Howell (Diane) and James Howell; and his siblings, James Hoffman of Mt Vernon, Missouri, Gary Hoffman (Kristy) of California and Norma of Ramiez.
