He was predeceased by: his parents, Danny Collins and Debra Kay Collins (Carroll). He is survived by: his wife Jade Collins; his sons, Lane, Logan, Aiden, Carson Collins and Brett Hollon (Kylie) of Ketchum; his grandson Liam Hollon; his siblings, Michael McCready (Sean) of Grove and Sabrina Wilmoth (Derek) of Afton; and his nieces and nephews, Kayley Wilmoth, Cowen Wilmoth, Lexi Wilmoth, Jayda Hollon, Jaxsen Hollon, Taylor Hollon and Tanner Hollon.
