He is survived by: his children, Richard Douglas Cooksey and Charlotte Ruth; his son-in-law Craig Richardson of Lamont, Oklahoma; his siblings, Don (Theresa Cooksey) and Bobbie Jo (C. A. McCool); his grandsons, Brian Richardson of Sicklerville and Chris; and his great grandchildren, Canyon Robert Formato, Camden Roy Richardson, Naomi Ruth and Cecila Ray Richardson.
