Verna Powell Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Powell (Lahoma, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 27, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Stanley; her husband John Powell; her mother Alice Harris; and her brother Verdis "Bud" Stanley. She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Powell (Susan), Vernon Powell (Virginia) and Frank Powell (Janel); her grandchildren, Garett Powell, Brandi (Shelton Conwright), Maclane (Pauline Powell), Andy (Christina Powell), Barrett Powell and Ryli Powell; her great grandchildren, Henslee, Taylor, Piper Powell, Carter, Christian Conwright and McKenna Powell; her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Tru Ross, Gena, Tim Kirkham, Nate and Javon Ross; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Shane, Macie Batie, Landon Blackburn, Mesa, Amiah Ross, Colton, Cooper Kirkham and Trevor Ross; and her great great grandchildren, Braden and Carson Batie.
