She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Clark and Mable Hamlin Clark; and her husband Marshall Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gullatt (Phillip) of Seminole, Katrina Sandifer (John) of Asher, Sage Frazier of Norman and Noelle Frazier of Asher, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Tymalie, Marshall, Corey, Amadeus, America and Victoria; and her great grandchildren, Rylee, Kaylee, Ivy, Aria and Naomi.

Memorials may be made in her honor by planting a tree or to the Alzheimer's Foundation with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
