He is survived by: his wife Rene; his children, Michael Boling, Scott Boling (April), Kitty Myers (Michael), Jimmy Mallonee and Rachelle Mallonee; and his grandchildren, Hopelynn, Haylie, Jaxon Boling, Kaliyah, Katavia, Riot Shaver and Jade Myers.
