She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Shoemaker Sr. and Mildred Watkins Shoemaker; her former husband Vernon Unruh; her spouse Jimmie Prochaska; and her siblings, Carl Shoemaker, Gary Shoemaker, Glenda Hardin, Annette Baragree, Helen DeBusk and Sue Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Wiens (Bert) of Lahoma, Greg Unruh (Debra) of Belpre, Lonnie Unruh of Covington, Connie McMahan (Troy) of Meno and Kent Unruh of Venice, Florida.; and her brothers, Donald Shoemaker and Roger Shoemaker. She is also survived by her five children; ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Chisholm Trail Cowboy Church through the funeral home.
