He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Woodard and Bonnie Woodard (Deitz). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Woodard; his children, Christopher Woodard, Tammy Tidwell and Rebecca Adams (Michael); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Josie Tidwell, Broden and Brenner Adams.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lahoma Fire Department with Ladusau-Evans serving a s custodian of the funds.
