He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Wade and Lena Mae Peppers (Derryberry-Wade); his son Shannon Wade; and his siblings, Barbara Hayes and Arthur Wade.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Lea Wade; his stepsons, Joe Gattenby (Debbie), Roy Lewis Gattenby (Shelly) and Terry Gattenby (Donna); his niece Pam Hawkins; his grandchildren, Stephen, Kevin, Devin, Amanda and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Isaijah, Sierra and Jon. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
