He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Santino and Agnes Santino; and his siblings, Betty Shackleford and Frank Santino. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Mandy Horn (Brent); his grandchildren, Johnathan Horn (Briana) and Tanner Horn; his great grandchildren, Casen of Ashland and Marlee of Ashland; and his brothers, Glenn Santino of Krebs and Danny Santino of McAlester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other family members and friends.
