He is survived by: his wife Susan Jacobs; his children, Melanie Frisbee (Sean Frisbee) of Dayton, OH, Brian Jacobs of Krebs and Elena Jeffus (Stephen Jeffus) of Dallas, TX; and his sisters, Wilma Bratton (Bill Bratton) of Redding, CA and Nancy Jacobs of Los Angeles, CA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
