He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Cummins and Lucille Cummins (Santine); his former wife Norma Baker Cummins; and his brother Robert Cummins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Cummins of Krebs, OK; his son James Cummins (Tiffany O'Houlahan) of Krebs, OK; his stepchildren, Sam Green (Christy Green) of West Fork, AR, Clint Green of Phoenix, AZ and Stony Green (Jennifer Green); and his sister Loretta Allen (Gary Allen) of Krebs, OK. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
