He is survived by: his spouses, Patricia Sue Swaffar and Pat; his sons, Henry Perrin, Jr. of North Carolina and Michael Perrin of Buggtussle; his stepsons, Jared McCabe (Jeanie) of McAlester and Jason McCabe (Misty) of Krebs; his grandchildren, Felicia Perrin of Texas, Jade Perrin and Paige Perrin; his stepgrandchildren, Chesney McCabe of Chickasha, Connor McCabe, Aubrey McCabe, Jagger McCabe and Jett McCabe; his sister Linda Kay Hacker-Smith of Moore; his father-in-law Harold Swaffar of McAlester; and his sister-in-law Janet Hedrick (Mickey) of Chester.
