She was predeceased by: her parents, D. J. Sossamon and Mildred Sossamon (McConathy). She is survived by: her children, Melinda Vickars (Jeff), Clinton Anderson (Jami), Brian Anderson (Katherine) and Meredith Brown of Krebs; her grandchildren, Amber Robinette (Marcellus), Shea Anderson (Robert Cunningham), Adalyn Anderson, Kourtnee Anderson Beshears (Wyatt), Izaic Anderson, Jaxon Anderson, Caleb Anderson, Logan Anderson, Garrett Elrod, Craig Anderson, Darian Cleveland (George), Lauren Anderson, Brinkley Anderson, Madison Anderson and Caleb Brown; her great grandchildren, Lennox, Eli, Aubrie, Mia, Koda, Ava, Akira, Ivy and Mila; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Vermillion (Louis) of Houston, Texas.
