He was predeceased by: his parents, C. A. Bivin and Joann Bivin (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Mary Bivin; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Michael Massaro; and his sister Marilyn Brownridge.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brumley-Mills Funeral Home (1410 E Carl Albert Pkwy, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (1300 E Washington Ave, McAlester, OK 74501).
