He was predeceased by: his former wife Pat Campbell; and his parents, Ralph E. Campbell and Cuba Bell Campbell (Thurman). He is survived by: his wife Patsy Marie McGuire; his sons, Chris Campbell (Suzy) of McAlester and Clete Campbell of Krebs; and his granddaughter Kristy Campbell of Ada.
