She was predeceased by: her parents, Fate Welch and Alta Welch (Pulley); her spouse Jimmie Carl Bornheim; and her daughter Rosemary Careathers. She is survived by: her sons, Jimmie Dale Bornheim, Bruce (Lori Bornheim) and Carl (Becky Bornheim); her grandchildren, Vanessa Dawson, David, Heather Bornheim, Timothy Gamble, Clayton Bornheim and Kayla McClellan; her great grandchildren, Mitchel Bowden and Alyson Dawson; her brother Bobby; and her siblings-in-law, Dorenda Welch, Johnny Cox and Jack Snyder.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
