He is survived by: his mother Janet Louise Rhea Ulrich of Pennsylvania; his daughter Melissa Ulrich (Stephen Epley) of Konawa; his siblings, Ivan Ulrich, Sr. of Austin, TX and Brenda Ulrich of Nevada; and his grandchildren, Sidney Fulsom, Breanna Fulsom and Leelon Fulsom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
