He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Davis and Katherine Davis (Rutledge); his father-in-law Jacky Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Bo Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Rutledge (Mitchell); his children, Miranda Rutledge (Brian Pope), Kayla Mitchell of Kiowa, OK, Brittani Rutledge (Cody Ham), Kimberli Rutledge (Ty Wiseman) and Jazmyne McNeely of Atoka, OK; his grandchildren, Brady Lopez, Lukaus Wiseman and Brookelyn Lopez; his brothers, Floyd Davis of Frederick, OK, Dale Davis (Delia) of Frederick, OK, Dennis Davis of Frederick, OK and Richard Davis of Frederick, OK; his nephews, Christopher Furr, Chris Davis and Tommy Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Regina Furr. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
