He is survived by: his mother Virginia Phipps (Overcast) of Kiowa; his wife Brenda Shutts of Kiowa; his children, Aaron Phipps of Oklahoma City and Audrey Kilgore (Lukas) of Kiowa; and his grandson Maxwell Kilgore. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
