He is survived by: his wife Carol Welch (Duncan); his sons, Chance Welch of Kiowa and Jason Shorter of Mustang; his granddaughter Farrah Shorter; and his brothers, Michael Welch (Carol) of Florida and Thomas Welch of McAlester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Chaney Harkins Funeral Home Chapel.
