He was predeceased by: his parents, Etoye Cottrell and Katie Cottrell; and his brother Michael Glenn McMillan. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Cottrell (Sara) of Indiana, Boone Cottrell of Indiana and Kara James (Billy "Jake") of Hartshorne; his grandchildren, Maddi of Indiana, Sawyer of Indiana, Holdynn of Indiana, Harper of Indiana, Campbell of Indiana, Jordynne of Indiana, Rylee James of Hartshorne and Weston Sexton of Kiowa; and his siblings, Bill McMillan of Kiowa, Vickie Minnick (Virgil) of Cherokee, Denice Martin of Pittsburg and Etoya Riddle (Terry) of Durant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
